The High Efficiency Microdrop Special Foam Extinguishing Agent is a multi-function, highly effective, environmentally-friendly and biologically safe foam  fire extinguishing agent.

It has been found to be highly effective and suitable for use with high-pressure mist dispersal equipment. A twenty litre mixture of the agent is effective in suppressing the 40B large-scale (8 square meter) oil vat fire. It is also effective in suppressing the type 43A large-scale ( 4.3m x 50cm x 60 cm framework) wood fires in controlled tests. It has also been proven effective in suppressing the 20B (4 sq. meter vat) alcohol-type fire. In controlled tests, this extinguishing agent has been observed to be more effective than many other types of fire extinguishing agents. 

The AFFF/AR-MD mist-type fire extinguishing agent exhibits multipurpose fire fighting qualities. Its ultrafine atomization disperses quickly and evenly and it allows for deep penetration into the fire. In experiments involving burning cotton fiber, AFFF/AR-MD prevented reignition of the fibers on contact. In use in an oil-class fire, AFFF/AR-MD exhibited superb fluidity while maintaining a low surface tension, overall stability, and fast, effective extinguishing properties.

        

      In use against an alcohol-type fire, the AFFF/AR-MD exhibited excellent rapid fire fighting performance by forming a solid membranous film that hindered the ignition of water-soluble flammable fire sources.

 

The AFFF/AR-MD extinguishing agent is environmentally-friendly as well as biodegradable, it can economize water and it exhibits excellent stability during lengthy storage. As for all fire safety products, it is recommended that your extinguisher.

 

   We produce two types of above foam extinguishing agent. One may be used with both sea water as well as fresh water. The other may be used with fresh water only. Please specify which type (fresh water type or sea water-compatible type) is desired when you place your order.

 

Mixture Ratio:

AFFF/AR-MD1%: Mix one part AFFF/AR-MD1% to ninety-nine parts water.

 

AFFF/AR-MD3%: Mix three parts AFFF/AR-MD3% to ninety-seven parts water.

 

AFFF/AR-MD6%: Mix six parts AFFF/AR-MD6% to ninety-four parts water.

 

Flow Temperature:

Normal grade: ≤10  degrees C

Cold-resistant Grade: ≤ 12.5~ 25 degrees C

 

  

Packaging, Transportation and Storage Requirements

 

·                    Package and transport in 25kg, 50 kg, and 200 kg  plastic barrels

 

·                    Avoid mixing with other chemical or foam extinguishing agents during shipment and storage.

 

·                    Keep the agents cool during shipment and storage:  2 degrees C to 45 degrees C

 

·                    Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
